Michaels Stores Inc. Alliance Technology has implemented HEAT and streamline processes for several Michaels Stores support departments including: Call Center, Real Estate, Facilities, Legal Payroll, Loss Prevention and Construction.

Sherman ISD. Alliance Technology implemented HEAT and integrated with Active Directory.  Set up HEAT Self Service so each campus could enter their own tickets and iHEAT for their technicians to have access to HEAT while at the various schools.  Since implementing HEAT and generating hard data, Sherman ISD has documented tremendous year-over-year productivity improvements.

Balfour Beatty Construction.  Selected Alliance Technology to form a centralized service desk, from the ground up, establish an ITIL frame work and enforce their processes utilizing FrontRange Solutions IT Service Management product.
